Sous Chef

Experienced chef required. With at least three years experience in a busy kitchen as senior chef de partie or junior sous chef. Capable of working as part of a team or initiative to run the kitchen in our Head Chef's absence. Must have Food Hygiene Level 3. Generous salary and package for successful candidate. Immediate start availabl.

Breakfast Chef

Breakfast chef required to prepare and cook breakfast, assist in lunch prep. Experience in a similar position preferred. Flexibility to work weekends necessary. 7am start Monday- Friday. Weekends times vary. Must have Food Hygiene Level 3. Generous salary and package for successful candidate. Immediate start availabl.
