Full Time Duty Manager / Supervisor
The Successful candidate must be flexible to work day shifts/evenings/weekends. They should have previous experience of a supervisory position in a customer service role. Recent Experience in bar/restaurant/hotel environment is essential. Must be a good team member, outgoing, confident and friendly. Capable of overseeing the running of the hotels food/beverage /accommodation/functions in the absence of management.
Approx. up to 40 hours per week
P/T Night Porter.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Shifts from 11pm-7am. Flexibilty to cover midweek and weekend shifts. Cleaning/setting up functions/bar service/reception duties
Hours per week will vary 16-30
Sous Chef – Full Time Permanent Position
Experienced chef required. With at least three years experience working in a busy kitchen as senior chef de partie or junior sous chef. Capable of working as part of a team or iniative to run the kitchen in our Head Chef's absence. Must have Food Hygiene Level 3.
Generous salary and package for successful candidate.
Approx 40 hours per week
