Sous Chef
Experienced chef required. With at least three years experience working in a busy kitchen as senior chef de partie or junior sous chef. Capable of working as part of team or iniative to run the kitchen in our Head Chef's absence. Must have Food Hygiene Level 3. Generous salary and package for successful candidate.

Part Time Night Porter

Typical shift 11pm-7am. Night porter duties to include serving residents bar, cleaning, setting up functions, security, reception duies.
Candidate must have Flexibility to cover weekends/weeknights. A basic level of computer literacy an advantage. Previous experience in a customer service role essential.

Bar/Waiting staff
Part time bar/waiting staff required. Previous experience working in a similar position preferred. Succesful candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
