Sous Chef

A talented and dedicated individual is required to join our kitchen team. The succesfull candidate will assist our head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, and manage it in his absence.

The ideal candidate will be in a similar role at present or in a senior chef de partie position and ready to further his/her career.

Commis Chef

Commis chef required to join our existing kitchen team. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and have some relevant experience. You will display an eagerness to learn new skills
